Description
The BEATLES "White Album" #0289985 PMC 7068 UK Mono 2LP in top-load sleeve
Very nice copy of this classic LP. All four pictures, along with the original lyric poster, are in excellent condition. No pinholes or tears; these were never hung. The poster does have some very slight yellowing at the folds but is otherwise fine.
Disc 1 Side 1 #s: XEX 709-1/Disc 1 Side 2: XEX 710-1
Disc 2 Side 1 #s: XEX 711-3/Disc 2 Side 2: XEX 712-1
Labels are nice (some light spindle-marks) but they do have a name written in light blue ball-point on side 2 of each LP. Apple Records labels stating "An E.M.I. Recording" above 33 1/3 speed. Mfd in U.K.
Cover is Very Good with some yellow tint. Lamination is very solid with a small (10mm) loose section on the bottom edge of spine. Some light ringwear is evident and the edges of the top-load slots are slightly worn. There are a few light creases on the bottom edge of the front and in a couple of spots on the back.
Vinyl is also in very good condition throughout. Disc 1 sides 1 & 2 rate as a solid VG+ and play nicely with no egregious pops or excessive noise. Disc 2 Side 1 is also VG+ but there is a slight scratch midway through "Yer Blues." We couldn't hear it and it certainly plays through fine. Disc 2 side 2 is solid VG+. We try our best to grade vinyl conservatively.
