"The Beatles" Numbered 0239870
Top-opening cover, has no "stereo" printed on it
Garrod and Lofthouse cover shows plenty of ageing, with some fraying. Therefore I am happy to grade the cover (conservatively) as GOOD.
The portrait pictures are all very good, with only a small mark on the white border of the McCartney Photo, and a 1mm by 2mm "Speck" on the white border of the the Lennon photo
The Lyrics/collage Poster is good, but shows wear on the folds, but no large rips. It has no blu-tack marks, and has lived inside the record cover since release, along with the photos.
The records have been cleaned and are housed in new poly-lined inner sleeves.
They have the usual light scuff-marks, but I have played all 4 sides on an audiophile standard turntable and they sound great, with the odd bit of background crackle inbetween tracks and only one audible "tick" that last for only a few rotations. Therefore I am happy to (conservatively again) grade them as Very Good
