Description
Much of the value in this record set is in the album cover, which bears a low number...58,234...and is in overall Very Good + condition...though there is a small (approximately 2 inch) separation along one of the seams. The record comes to its new owner with original sleeves and the original poster. It does not have the Beatles photos that were original to this set.
The record retains much of its glossiness, though there are a number of scuffs and small scratches.
It has not been "play graded", but based on a visual inspection, it is being rated as Very Good condition, based on the rating system found on Discogs, which states the following regarding Very Good condition records...
"Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time."
