However, we have experienced some breakage due to USPS handling techniques.  I could swear they take a hammer to some of the packages, especially if the letters F R A G I L E are on the package. Because of this, please help us identify any damage early and document it well so that we and you do not lose out on damaged merchandise.

If the box is damaged when your package arrives please take a picture showing the damaged area on the box. When the box is damaged there is a good chance the item(s) inside are also damaged. If any of the items inside the box are damaged we need pictures of the damaged items. For china include pictures of the front and back of the damaged piece(s). Please let us know within 48 hours you have received damaged merchandise. Upon receiving and reviewing pictures we will make a full or partial refund to your PayPal account depending on the extent of the damage. We value our customers and our goal is for all transactions to be win - win.

If you live in Texas, please check out our store 'Antiques to Zebras'. Picking up from the store is always an option that can skip the USPS handling.

We acquired our auction items from Estate Sales and Auctions. In the description of each item is stated the condition of the item, New or Previously Owned. Every effort is made to disclose any damage, manufacturing flaws or blemishes. Pictures are included showing all imperfections we recognize. We may miss an imperfection that is important to you, please ask a question before bidding on the item and every effort will be made to provide you with a knowledgeable answer.
