All Beatles' Collectors, here it is, a cornerstone for just about any collection, an incredibly low-numbered, first pressing of the Beatles' White Album...#0002230, one of the lowest offered here on Ebay in a long time...I bought my first Beatles' record in 1963 at the ripe old age of 15 and have been buying their records off and on ever since...but it's time to downsize, I've just got too much stuff...this particular album has been on display in my mancave (no sunlight allowed) for quite some time and never fails to impress...please be advised that this item is NOT mint, otherwise the sky would be the limit for a selling price...but what we do have is a beautiful piece that has withstood time very well...we all know the cover is where it's at...it's white, shiney, no ringwear, no tears, no slits, no writing...be proud to show it to anyone...the edges of the spine show wear, not bad, but it's still there...the number stands out very nicely with no rubbing...the vinyl is very glossy, no label wear...how do they play?...I don't know, I've never played them, just looked at them...look at the pictures to see what errors there are...I believe there are 3 of the 6...the original inner sleeves are included, just faded with time...the 4 individual photos are crisp, the poster is nice with no tears, no pinholes in the photos or poster...I still have 8 copies of the White Album left so don't feel bad for me...this just happens to be the "Primo" one...a copy with a number in the 3,000's sold for $600 on Ebay about 3 years ago...another one, #0003672, failed to meet the reserve about 18 months ago and went unsold at $500...neither copy was anywhere near as nice as this one, at least in my opinion...the buyer will be responsible for a shipping charge of $4.00 plus whatever the insurance is...thanks for looking, The Oldrocker.
