Beatles White Album Misprint Version Embossed with Number 1st Pressing 1968
I picked this up at a Garage sale years ago as I knew it was a historic copy of the White Album with the embossed Beatles name and numbered and stamped on the bottom right corner. This is the misprint version with songs on labels not matching the cover names. Whoever wins this probably will want to do a good pro cleaning of the vinyl as there are fingerprints and other marks on top of the nicks and scratches. Discogs Notes: 1st Los Angeles pressing with mistakes and Capitol logos on the labels. The cover has an embossed title and a stamped number without any prefix.
Originally came with a poster and a picture of each Beatle.
I collected vinyl way back in mid 70's and 80's when friends in the music distribution business would tell me of special items of interest. I never describe Vinyl as Mint unless it's sealed, thus these are listed as GOOD using Goldmine system. The vinyl is shipped inside professional media box and will be place outside of the Factory Album Sleeve Tin, in Mobile Fidelity Professional Original Masters Sleeves. The box has 'Fragile' and 'Do not Bend' stickers on both sides.

To answer a couple of questions that have been asked. Here are the etched markings for the discs.
Side 1: SWBO-1-101-B37 and * for LA Plant Side 2: SWBO-2-101-A34 plus : and * and the numbers 1 and 2 stamped Side 3: SWBO-3-101-A34 and * for LA Plant (Note it looks like the #3 after SWBO was corrected) Side 4: SWBO-4-101-B35 plus a . and the number 1 stampedFrom what I can find on Discog site this is a 1st Pressing, unless someone can tell me otherwise. Next question was my "Good Rating" as it is clearly marked up, scratches, etc. for a heavily played disc. Here is the Goldmine rating.
Vinyl for G & G+: Generally worth 10-15% of the Near Mint value. A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be played through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present. While the record will be playable without skipping, noticeable surface noise and "ticks" will almost certainly accompany the playback.
Note: on this G rated discs, the paper labels are in great shape and not worn.
A Poor Vinyl Grading is warped, cracked, skips excessively which this one plays perfectly fine for a G grade rating. I hope this helps. And that you for your interest in this historic piece of vinyl.price rating
