The Beatles 'THE BEATLES (aka The White Album)' First 1968 MONO WIDESPINE Pressing *100% complete!!!*

On auction here, is perhaps one of the RAREST Beatles Mono pressings,  'The Beatles (aka the white album)'!!! This particular pressing features a VERY sleeve variant in which the spine of the sleeve was produced much thicker than most copies!!!!

The laminated gatefold sleeve would certainly grade as FAIR-GOOD condition. Overall is in one piece, however there is some major wear to the top corner of the sleeve hence the relatively low grading. The sleeve bears a number of

The records are reasonable examples of this rare mono copy of the white album, there are some markings to each, however nothing major, and would grade as GOOD on all counts in terms of visual. In terms of the play the songs all majoritvely play well with the exception of a touch of groove wear in certain places (nothing major) and some moderate surface noise in certain instances. A grading of GOOD PLUS to the audio. There were ceratinly no jumps at any part throughout the two discs on my system. This copy is complete with its photos/ poster/ black inners which grade as EXCELLENT/ VERY GOOD/ VERY GOOD!

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

Near Mint (NM) The record looks brand new with no scuffing or any deterioration in sound quality and only the smallest hint that its ever been played. The cover and any additional extras are clean, crisp and with no wear whatsoever.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Good (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair (F) The record is still just about playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
