Description

The Beatles WHITE ALBUM                MONO PMC 7067/8.      

 **Side 1 has stamps 1/G.         

**KT tax code embossed on side 3 label.

 Front Cover No. 0137530.  It’s a genuine MONO top loading 1968 White Album. Well handled, ringwear, handling marks, laminate creases, corner wear. The spine is worn at the bottom. Inside the gatefold is quite clean and tidy. Overall GOOD. Not the best example but serviceable.

 

Record 1. PMC 7067- Labels VG+, a few spindle marks but no writing, stickers or marks. Both sides have visible minor surface marks and scratches.

Side 1: XEX 709-1 (1 G) There is a slight skip at the beginning of ‘Back In The USSR’. Plays with minor crackling in quieter parts. VG overall

Side 2: XEX 710-1 (2 GRA) Overall VG, plays clearly with very some minor crackling in quieter places.

 

Record 2. PMC 7068- Both Labels EX, very clean with few spindle marks and KT embossed on side 3.

Side 3: XEX 711-1 (2 P) Very clean looking vinyl, very clear audio, hardly any background noise. VG+ overall.

Side 4: XEX 712-1 (1 GA) It looks the same as side 3 except a deep scratch across half of the side. It means a loud click during ‘Cry Baby Cry’ and ‘Revolution 9’. The other tracks are OK with just an occasional click where the scratch is visible. FAIR is my honest opinion.

 

The BLACK INNER SLEEVES are the originals but both have tears on the side and in the centre die cut. GOOD, still usable with care.

 

The poster/lyric sheet has been stuck on a wall and taped at the folds. No more than FAIR condition. There are no portrait photos with this copy.
