The Beatles White Album MONO 0006468
Although not without its imperfections, this is an overall VERY GOOD example of an original 1968 UK release ‘White Album’ with the relatively LOW front cover number of 0006468
Record 1 : PMC 7067 label states ‘Sold in UK subject to… ‘ and ‘An EMI Recording’
Side 1: Matrix: 709-1 Stampers: 7 GMR
Visual: 3 distinct lines of surface scratches/scuff marks
Audio: A fairly consistent click plays throughout, not too distracting and only intrudes during quieter parts of the disc.
There are 3 slight jumps at the end of ‘Bungalow Bill’ and the beginning of ‘While My Guitar..’ The record also sticks halfway through ‘While My Guitar..’ and there is another jump at the end of ‘Happiness is a Warm Gun’
This side has obviously been played the most and despite the audio glitches can still be enjoyed and I would rate as very good minus.
Side 2: Matrix: 710-1 Stampers; 5 AR
Visual: Minor surface markings
Audio: Occasional clicks, nothing deep or nasty. There is one stick at the end of ‘Piggies’. Overall I would rate as very good.

Visual: Minor surface markings
Audio: Occasional clicks, nothing deep or nasty. No sticks or jumps. Overall, very good plus.
Side 4: Matrix: 712-2 Stampers: 3 GMA KT embossed around spindle
Visual: Minor surface markings

Record Cover: Genuine MONO Top Opening Gatefold, No. 0006468, discolouration and visible ringwear. Laminate cracked on spine in places, some corner wear. The top has an 11cm area where the opening has creased and torn in 3 places (approx 1/2 to 1 cm tears). Inside is clean and mark free.
Inner Black sleeves: Very Good to excellent. One has 2 sellotape strips to repair rips, the other is intact with no rips with slight wear and tear at the top. Both are in STRONG usable condition.
Poster: Has been well folded and looked after. Excellent condition.
Portrait Photos: Paul’s photo, unfortunately, is missing, the other three are EXCELLENT + condition, no marks, rips or tears.
