MEGA RARE Original first USA (pink promo) pressing, NOT a reproduction or the 70's reissue, as evident by the stamped matrix in the deadwax (see photos). This is the real deal. These are very hard to find in good shape. 
Should be common knowledge by now, but for those unaware...The Beat Brothers later became The Beatles and this is the FIRST EVER single they were featured on. 
Grade: Borderline NM/VG+ record / Generic Sleeve
Should be noted that there is minor discoloration / hazing only visible from certain angles and doesn't affect play (see photos).

Grading Scale: Mint: Doesn't exist, sorry :-)  NM: Practically flawless with no more than one faint, non-audible, mark per side. Full of luster and minimal signs of use. VG+: Close to a NM record, but with a few light markings per side. Still has lots of shine and luster VG: A record of average condition with obvious signs of use and multiple light scratches/scuffs (nothing audible).
