Description found with the record, we guess, from when our family member who collected these originally bought this record: ALL PARTS OF THIS DOUBLE LP ARE 100% GENUINE 1ST PRESS ITEMS - AND HAVE NOT BEEN SWOPPED OR CHANGED FROM A LATER PRESSING!!!! AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY PICTURES - THE 'LIPSTICK' AREA ON THE POSTER IS 100% SHARP IN DETAIL AND IS NOT FADED AT ALL (LATER ONES ARE!). AND ALL PARTS OF THE POSTER HAS PERFECT PRINTING - WHICH IS NOT PRESENT ON LATER ONES!!!! THE FOUR COLOUR PRINTS ARE PERFECT IN COLOUR & SIZE, WITH DEEP COLOURS AND ONLY A VERY LIGHTLY TEXTURED BACK (LATER ONES HAVE HEAVIER TEXTURE). MOST IMPORTANTLY THE BACK OF THE COLOUR PRINTS ARE EXACTLY THE SAME COLOUR AS THE BORDER ON THE FRONT OF THEM (LATER ONES AREN'T!)!!!! THE BLACK INNER SLEEVES ARE 100% GENUINE 1ST PRESS INNERS - WITH A SMOOTH OUTSIDE AND A TEXTURED INSIDE (RE-PROS DON'T HAVE THIS!), AND THE 'SPACER' IS MADE OF THIN PAPER, IS LIGHTLY AGED (WHICH CANNOT BE FAKED) AND HAS A TEXTURED BACK AND SMOOTH FRONT (FAKE SPACERS DON'T!)!!!! No is PCS 7067/68 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press DARK Apple labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Beatles at their best!!!! Any fan of The Beatles, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!! BOTH record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a VERY few light spindle marks!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVEN'T BEEN PLAYED MUCH AT ALL!!!! The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO nasty concentric marks AT ALL, only 2 or 3 VERY small hairlines, only 2 or 3 VERY light scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!! ALL SIDES RETAIN EVERY BIT OF THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND SHINE LIKE NEW!!!! It is great to find that the playing of the records are as STUNNING as the visual!!!! They play with NO skips, barely ANY clicks, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some VERY slight background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply SUPERB - with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!! The records must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!! WHAT A BRILLIANT SET OF RECORDS!!!! Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! BOTH records also come in their ORIGINAL 1st Press Black inner sleeves which are in BRILLIANT condition - with NO splits for once!!!! THE ULTRA RARE 1ST PRESS 'COLOUR' POSTER, 4 'COLOUR PRINTS' & EXTRA 'SPACER' ARE ALL IN ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT CONDITION - WITH NO DAMAGE AT ALL!!!! The ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Gatefold TOP Opening FULLY Laminated Flipback LOW 'Numbered' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (PERFECT side words - and only the usual laminate ONLY loss on the fold line!), NO grubbyness, only VERY slight corner wear, NO splits, only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking!), a VERY minor touch of wrinkling towards the left front, VERY shiny laminate, only 1 TINY laminate lift at the VERY bottom, NO rips, NO tears, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!! The TOP opening edges are beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the laminated inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO writing, VERY nice flipbacks, STUNNING shiny 'mirror-like' laminate, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!! The LOW Number '0566318' number on the cover front is PERFECTLY printed - and the raised lettering of 'The Beatles' on the cover front is in PERFECT order with NO grubbyness AT ALL!!!!
