Description
The Beatles "The Beatles Story"
This is a US vinyl pressing on Apple Records STBO-2222 from around 1975. It is a double album in a gatefold cover. The sides are paired : 1 backed with 4 and 2 backed with 3. The sliced side labels have "All Rights Reserved" in the bottom rim print. It is right below "Mfg. by Apple Records", which is printed in green.
The matrix runouts are etched (except for "Mastered By Capitol") : Side 1 : 1-2222-A-5 2 *, Side 2 : STBO-2-2222-G-8 1 * Mastered By Capitol, Side 3 : STBO-3-2222-G-8 1 Mastered By Capitol, and Side 4 : STBO-4-2222-H-9 1 * Mastered By Capitol. In the Perry Cox and Frank Daniels Beatles Price Guide this is : APP 2222.SR21 (ar) (D).

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- / Record is M-
The cover is near mint, with no writing and no seam splits. There is very slight wear. The vinyl look near mint and they play near mint. The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The records come in plain white inner sleeves.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut composite cardboard. I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 15 ounces
The winner has to pay for the postage. It will be shipped by Media mail to a US winner. I will print postage through Ebay and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number. International winners will get shipping through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday). This is from a no smoking and no pets home. I do not accept returns.
