Description
In this auction:
· “THE BEATLES’ STORY” by the Beatles
· This LP is Capitol Records TBO 2222.
· This LP contains 2 MONO (Monaural) RECORDS.
· It was issued November 23, 1964.
· As the cover states, this LP includes selections from their hit records, interviews with the Beatles and their fans and has many new photos inside the gatefold cover. It is truly “A Narrative and Musical Biography of Beatlemania on 2 Long-Play Records”.
· This GATEFOLD COVER is in NICE VG+ CONDITION. There is light overall wear, and NO seam splits which is common with these covers. This mostly white cover is, for the most part, nice and clean and white! There is some wear at the bottom of the spine (please see images) and some slight age spotting on the rear cover. This is an MC1 Cover with about 1-inch of white space to the right of the catalog number at the top right.
· The VINYL is NEAR MINT.
· The side configuration is 1 backed with 4 and 2 backed with 3.
· This LP comes with its ORIGINAL and CORRECT LIGHT BLUE PAPER INNER SLEEVES. And what’s really remarkable is that the paper inner sleeves have NO SPLITS! This tells me that the vinyl when played was carefully removed from the sleeves and carefully replaced afterwards AND was minimally played due to the condition of the vinyl and the inner sleeves!
· It’s a really nice ORIGINAL MONO BEATLES LP to add to your vinyl collection!
