Hello everyone.
THE BEATLES - "SOMETHING NEW"
An original factory sealed copy of the album!!!! The cover has a light bending in the bottom right corner shown more prominently in the second picture in photo 3. This has the most minimum of wear in the corners though photo 5 shows a wearing on the back cover running along the spine and mouth. This may be on the shrink but it looks too much like it's on the cover so that's what I'm going with. Photos 12 and 13 show a wearing on the front. The number "6" found in the bottom right corner on the back says this was pressed at either the Capitol Los Angeles plant or a custom pressing by Columbia. This being an original pressing the running times for "Long Tall Sally" and "I Call Your Name" will not be listed on the label. United Artists Records didn't receive stereo mixes of the songs used on the soundtrack to "A Hard Day's Night" but Capitol did. Those true stereo mixes are found on this album. The version of "I'll Cry Instead" is shorter than the mono version. "Something New" was the ONLY early Beatles album on Capitol to have true stereo mixes. A gorgeous copy of the record with that classic feel that you only get with the '60s pressings. I was going to say "A beautiful copy" but gorgeous really fits this.
