Record: VG +
Both sides are pretty good.
Clean playing surface to both overall with a few light wispy hairlines typical of sleeve removal.
A handful of small surface marks.
One in the last track of side 2 has a slight feel but when we have play tested it plays through well, perhaps a small surface noise but nothing that detracts from the track in any way.
The other mark with a slight feel is in the third track, side 1.
Again this is minimal and we didn’t pick up any skips or jumps of it, it played through fine.
To conclude a perfectly good playable copy of this fantastic record.
It has played through well on our system and although there are some surface marks to the record, its cosmetically and audibly very good.
If you are after a minter this one probably isn’t for you. If you are after a very good all round copy then this one fits that bill.
Labels are clean. No pen or marking... a little surface spindle marking under light but again this is minimal.
Inner sleeve: VG+
Original inner sleeve.
Some surface marking of age and a split to base but a straight perfectly good inner sleeve overall.
Sleeve: VG+
Wide spine, laminated gatefold.
Laminate is good, a little crease or two but no splits or damage. A little lift to inner spine but this is pretty minimal.
Some corner/ edge wear. Spine is readable.
A little fading to colour, not as vibrant as other copies ai have had but perfectly ok.
Card insert: EX
Straight example.
Colour good. No nasty damage.
Tidy insert.
Overall a very good all round copy of an iconic record!
An absolute classic and a decent example.
A couple of old 60s newspaper cutout articles on the beatles and the sgt pepper album from the time which is white nice.
