Straight from Universal Music in London and no question 100% official.

This is a LP test pressing for the 2017 U.K. /European Picture Disc release of The Beatles' 'Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band'. 

As you can see from the official UMG sticker attached to the white sleeve this test pressing was pressed in a quantity of 1...ONLY ONE COPY PRESSED!  

I have attentively listened to this alongside the finished released item and conclude that the content is the same on each as are the run-out markings. MPO is also etched into each side.
