Description

Due to unforeseen cicumstances I'm heartbroken to have to sell off some of my collection, which includes literally some of the rarest records in the World. Please keep an eye on my listings as I'll be working my way through these over the next few weeks. All with NO RESERVE

This is an original 1st ever pressing of 'Sgt Pepper' on the black/yellow Parlophone label, cat. # PMC 7027- rare MONOversion. Dating from 1967 this has the 'wide' spine sleeve, complete with red patterned inner and cartoon cut outs.

Matrices etc:
Side One - XEX 637-1 / 2 A stamper
Side Two - XEX 638-1 / 2 H stamper
KT tax stamp

Condition:
Sleeve - a little bit of wear on the corners, lamination still shiny and bright and the spine is uncrushed/undamaged. No writing, lamination lift, ring wear etc. Overall a very strong Excellent.
LP - absolutely stunning! 2 or 3 tiny (almost invisible) hairline marks. A few light spider marks around the centre hole. Genuine Near Mint and one of the best you'll ever find.
Inserts - absolutely perfect. The red inner is uncreased, not split, just like new - as is the cartoon cut-out.

This set has obviously been together for 44 years and not mixed and matched, not been mucked about with! Whether you are upgrading or acquiring for the first time I'm sure that you won't be disappointed by this item.
