 You are bidding on the complete set of two double LPs
(4 vinyl discs) of the 1980's Bootleg pressing of The Beatles
Sweet Apple Trax

I purchased these unauthorized recordings from a small "collectors" record shop in Atlanta in 1981. They are in extremely good to near mint condition. I hate to part with them, but the economy sucks and I'm on a fixed income and need the money. I have not seen another set of these discs since (and I bought the only one in the shop at the time). So, I think they're pretty rare.
Back in the 70's and 80's BCD (before CDs) bootleggers got hold of unreleased studio practice tapes and had no other effective way to produce them for consumption other than vinyl pressings. You will notice in the pictures that the paper labels are red and white  blanks. They didn't have the time or resources to mass produce those either. Consequently, very few of a particular bootleg were produced.
These records are a part of Beatles history. Like the Beatles lunchboxes or the Beatles Flip your Wig game, having these tracks on MP3 or CD is like having a picture of the lunchbox. (You know you'd never use the lunchbox if you had it, anyway). They're like an original Capital pressing and picture sleeve from one of their early hits. The songs might be the same, but the original 45 has much more worth.
