Description
Record club edition, green Capitol label 1969-71.
Both the cover and labels are unique.
The labels and jacket carry the '8' prefix
in the catalog number.
The cover has three slanted black bars
at the top left of the sleeve (see photos).
Factory designation number 16
on the rear lower right corner of the jacket,
referring to Capitol's Jacksonville factory.
