Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now. I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection due to it being to large and taking up too much room. So please look at my other listings, regrettable they’ve got to go. All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them. Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(
Listed here is a RARE album by The Beatles titled Rubber Soul. This is a UK 1st Original Pressing on Parlophone PMC 1267. This Mono pressing is on the collectable Yellow/Black Parlophone label. The Label has the 'sold in UK...' and ‘Gramophone Co. Ltd...’ statements. What makes this record RARER than others is that it is printed by Ernest J.Day & Co.
Matrix numbers: XEX 579-4 / XEX 580-4
Both sides of the album are in VG condition. There is some background Noise/Static most noticeable between the tracks and on the run-ins. NO skips, NO Jumps, there are a couple of light pops, couple of hairline scratches that DON’T effect play. NO Clicks.
The Laminated Flipback sleeve is in VG condition. Tiny amount of spine wear and edge wear, NO rips, NO Tears, NO splits. NO ring wear, NO Writing. Some creasing on edges and front and back of sleeve, also has a small blue mark on rear (barely noticeable). And the rear is a little discoloured in places. Still has a lovely shine to it (see photo)
Original inner VG condition, some tape on one side. And Labels EX condition. Some very minor spindle marks. NO writing or marks.
