Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now.  I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection, so I can concentrate my collection in one specific area.  So please look at my other listings.  All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them.  Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(

Listed here is a RARE album by The Beatles titled Rubber Soul.  This is a UK Original 1sr Pressing on Parlophone PCS 3075.  This stereo copy is pressed on the very collectable yellow and black Parlophone label.  The Label has “the gramophone Co. Ltd” and “Sold in UK...” statements on it indicating first pressing.  What makes it RARE is that it is a Stereo pressing which is rarer than the mono copies.  Sleeve is printed by Garrod & Lofthouse, also has the early matrix numbers.

Matrix numbers:   YEX 178-2   /  YEX 179-2

VINYL   - Both sides of the record are in VG+ condition.   There is a tiny trace of minor/light background noise/static which is only really noticeable between the tracks.  NO skips, NO Jumps, NO sticking.  Few light pops, there are a couple hairline scratches, which don’t affect the sound quality, apart from one tiny one on side two (2mm long) that causes a couple of very light clicks which are barely audible.  Apart from that still sounds superb.

SLEEVE    - The laminated flipback sleeve is in VG+ condition.  Tiny amount of spine wear (text is all readable), tiny amount of edge wear, NO Rips, NO Tears, NO Splits, small amount of creasing. NO Rub marks, there are some light pen marks/writing on rear (see photo, as you can see they aren’t very noticeable).  NO Ring wear.  Still has retained its shinny/glossy finish.

Inner is in VG condition, NO Writing or Graffiti.

Label’s are in EX condition.  Some spindle marks, NO Writing/graffiti.

(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
