Description
THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
This Beautiful UK 2nd stereo pressing dates from 1968 on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3075. This version spells 'NORWEGIAN WOOD' correctly on the side 1 label and omits the tax code to the label but still has 'Sold In The UK' text which was removed with the 1969 pressings.
Matrix numbers: YEX 178-3 & YEX 179-3
Stamper codes: 2/RR & 2/GH
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover.
Complete with the original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Labels: Near Mint
Beautiful condition, a couple of super super faint spindle trail possibly visible under strong light, almost immaculate to each unworn centre hole.
Vinyl: Near Mint
Super clean, deep-gloss with a few wispy paper hairlines inspected under strong light. Possibly a super light finger nail surface mark to side 2 not effecting play.
Cover: Excellent+
Beautiful example with little edge wear to bottom right corner, a few small stains to rear non laminate as pictured. Super tight spine.
Inner-sleeve: Excellent
