Incredibly rare original 1965 Rubber Soul LP. Parlophone Records issue manufactured in NORWAY. PMC 1267 (Mono). Norway made an incredibly small number of Beatles LPs, as they typically imported from the rest of the EU (particularly Denmark). Some have estimated that this Norway LP up for auction may only be 1 of 500 or 1,000 pressed. Wow!
Here's info in the vinyl: Matrix numbers are stamped YEX 579-4 / YEX 580-4. Vinyl has some light surface marks that do not impact play. Probably would call this a weak VG+. If you're a very conservative grader, assume it is VG. Impressively though, there a no major marks! Also, the Parlophone label is in EX/VG+ condition.
Here's info on the flip-back G&L cover: Amazingly, there are no seam splits. The spine also looks wonderful. There is some considerable shelfwear to each corner, resulting in some rounding. Also there is mild ringwear. There are a few light stains on the rear cover, as well as a name and address written in blue pen.
