Rare club edition of Rubber Soul from 1969. 

Disc is conservative EX, has minimal signs of handling, nice gloss. Maybe played a few times if that. Amazing condition for its age. 
Cover is VG+, presents great, in shrink without tears. There is a small strip of clear tape on both sides where it looks like the original owner affixed the shrink to the cover. I have not tried to remove this tape in any way. 

Includes original inner sleeve. 
Ultrasonic cleaned.
