Description
PMC 7009 - 1966 UK First Pressing, Mono (Withdrawn Mix)
Matrix Side 1 - XEX 605-2 Matrix Side 2 - XEX 606-1
"Dr Robert" on both sleeve and label.
This is the highly desired withdrawn mono mix take 11 of Tomorrow Never Knows, which was only pressed for 1 day before it was withdrawn and replaced by the take 8 mix.
I have 2 copies for sale, this 1 which is the best quality and a more worn copy for a reduced price.
Item will be posted in a professional mailer with double stiffeners, fully insured.
If you check my other listing and my feedback you will see I am very honest with the condition of items and always try to be over critical, particularly with more valuable items.
If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Record Appearance - VG/VG+ It is close to VG+, just some light hairline marks and scratches from use. Lovely shine, wears it's 56 years very well indeed. Much nicer than most other original Beatles I have come across. Labels are clean just some usual spindle marks under a bright light.
Record Audio - VG/VG+ Again close to VG+ but there is occasional surface noise in quieter moments, very much above the average where they are usually worn and distorted after hours of playback on a blunt needle. Side 2 in particular is really nice and mostly VG+. Stunning punchy mono sound, fantastic collectors piece.
Record Sleeve VG/VG+ Very clean sleeve, just some minor dirt and discolouration. Laiminate has some creases as expected, under a bright light there are a few indentations on the rear face of the sleeve. Superb emtex inner sleeve.
