The Beatles “Revolver” Vinyl LP
Early UK pressing on the yellow and black Parlophone labels. Dr Robert on sleeve, Doctor Robert on labels.
Matrix numbers / Mothers / Stampers
Side 1: XEX 605-2 / 4 / RMG
Side 2: XEX 606-2 / 5 / RRP
Vinyl visually looks pretty bad. Lots of light scuffs and fine non feelable scratches. It’s been fully play tested and plays remarkably well however. Light background crackle heard in spaces between tracks and quiet sections and 5 or 6 soft clicks but doesn’t overpower the music and still sounds pretty good. Certainly still an enjoyable listen. No loud pops, stick, jumps, etc. VG play grade.
The sleeve is VG+. Very very small seam split on the top edge and name written inside white “revolver on the rear”
Original inner is missing but will include the one photographed and a brand new poly lined inner too.
Overall this plays okay, and whilst not perfect is still an enjoyable listen.
