THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'
This great sounding stereo pressing of their 1966 album dates from 1970 on the '2-EMI-box' Parlophone label: PCS 7009
Matrices: YEX 605-2 & YEX 606-2
Stamper codes: 1/G & 1/R
Earliest possible stamper for side 1.
Vinyl weight: 135g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed stereo cover, complete with original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Disc: EXCELLENTBoth playing surfaces are unworn and retain all of their' 'as new' deep-gloss factory shine. Apart from a sparkling rainbow shine, the only this visible beneath halogen light is an insignificant 2cm hairline on side 2 which causes only a couple of light ticks in the band between tracks 4 & 5. The sound quality throughout is clean & unworn with a warmth and presence missing from the modern digital-sourced vinyl issue.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Clean & fully intact with light handling & storagewear only. There is no writing or missing paper anywhere and both seams and the spine are unstressed & unsplit.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Slight age-toning but no writing tears or seam splits.
