THE BEATLES - 'REVOLVER'
This fine sounding, well-preserved 1966 1st STEREO pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 7009
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text and 'The Gramophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrices: YEX 605-1 & YEX 606-1
Stamper codes: 3/PM & 3/OG
Vinyl weight: 161g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the small 'stereo' front indicator.
Complete with original black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

A superb set bearing just a small handful of spindle trails around the side 2 centre hole only, but none at all on side 1.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Extremely clean playing surfaces which retain all of their deep-gloss factory shine. There are just one or two very faint surface marks on each side in strong daylight but nothing more than a few wispy paper scuffs and a sparkling rainbow shine visible beneath halogen light.
Audio: EXCELLENT +
This copy has clearly been barely played and the sound quality throughout is clean & clear with no traces of any groove/play wear or crackle which blight so many copies of this album. Our play-check detected two soft pops on 'I'm Only Sleeping' and a couple in a few of the bands between tracks, but nothing to spoil the enjoyment of this amazing album.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A clean, strong & white example with a glossy, unscratched front panel where the only sign of use is a single 'thumbnail' wrinkle. There is minor bruising to the corners but the rear panel is clean & black where it should be with no writing, or missing paper. All flipbacks are intact as are both seams and the unworn spine.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Slight toning to the edges but otherwise 'as new'.
