Revised pressing with corrected side 2 matrix
TNR font labels with "Dr. Robert" error

The vinyl plays in a Very Good condition with little crackle but please note that there is a very strong hiss in the lead-in of Side 1 that carries over into "Taxman" and continues until after the first verse. Afterwards the sound quality is generally nice and if not for this, I'd be more than happy to grade the record VG+. There are sleeve removal marks, some hairlines and the odd scratch but the sound performance of this record is generally pretty nice.
Please note that the section of Taxman that hisses is visible in the grooves and I'm not sure if it's groove wear or just embedded dirt that can be cleaned away. There's no other groove wear on this record so I suspect something could be done with a good deep cleaning but I'm not sure on this and I cannot make any guarantees.
The original Garrod & Lofthouse flipback cover is in quite decent condition, it grades as Very Good. The seams are holding up nicely and the flipbacks are nice and clean. There is some dirt on both sides and some small corner creasing otherwise this cover would have easily graded VG+. Although not shown in the photos, the spine text is nice and clear.
The inner sleeve is a generic white poly-lined one, definitely not original to this LP. It does do a great job of protecting the record, though!
