Description
This is a legitimate copy of The Beatles' single "Please Please Me"/ "From Me To You" on the Oldies 45 label OL-150 from 1964.
This was a warehouse find where I discovered six copies of this record.
The Cox-Daniels book indicates that legitimate copies of this 45 will have either the Monarch Records logo or the AudioMatrix logo or both. This copy has the AudioMatrix logo in the runout area. In addition, the Cox-Daniels book indicates that the R symbol between the "4" and 5" must be clear, which it is.
So, this is a legitimate copy that was hanging around an old record warehouse where I found a half dozen.
In addition, this copy is in its original "Oldies 45" company sleeve. The sleeve is about VG+ since it was probably moved around several times over the years. There is a very small tear on the left side of the "Please Please Me" label as can be seen in the photo.
