Retired Audio / Video Pro and amateur Beatles Collector is selling some extra items that are laying around. Here we have a Beatles Rarities LP on Capitol Records SHAL 12060 from 1980. This is a First Pressing of this record with the embossed front cover and without the George Martin producing credit on the back lower left of the record jacket. This was corrected in later pressings.
There are also other errors included in the notes of this LP that were also corrected later on on all the future pressings. You can look up the specifics but this is a true first pressing without the George Martin credit on the back and with the errors in the notes on the back of the record jacket. An example is on the notes for "Helter Skelter" it says John yells at the end "I've got blisters on my fingers" when in fact it was Ringo!
This record and gatefold cover are in excellent condition. The record label is clean and bright as is the black vinyl itself. Also included is the original photo record sleeve. This record was played a few times and stored away well for many years in a proper environment. Inspect photos very closely with the zoom feature.
