Description
FOR SALE: Extremely rare 1988 SAPCOR-series bootleg album Rabbi Saul, consisting of The Beatles' outtakes and strange demos from the Rubber Soul sessions, plus the 1966 Xmas Fanclub Disc and rare interviews as side 2.
CONDITION: All judgments of condition are coming from personal opinion, but I will be as accurate as I can. I cannot listen to all of these records, so the vinyl is judged off appearance alone. Refunds will be given if the buyer is not happy and contacts me within seven days of receiving the albums.
Includes custom sleeve Jacket: EX- (Small crease at top corner, faint ringwear at top, general but very slight wear, still very frameable) Vinyl: EX+++ (The slightest hairline scratch across one radius of Side A - barely noticeable except through scrutiny, perfect gloss, fantastic condition vinyl, "Rubber Soul" label)
Worth Noting: The SAPCOR bootleg releases are incredibly sought-after collector's items due to the rare outtakes and the humorous covers/titles of the albums. The series was started in New Zealand by a man who called himself Leon Throf. His goal was to make his records look as much like legitimate Apple Records releases as possible, but with parodied covers and names. This particular one has two unrecorded tracks, the 1966 Xmas Fanclub Disc (an especially odd treat), and a hilarious frame-able cover. The recordings are pretty poor quality, as is common with this series. The novelty and the rarity are what really drive up the prices. This is #34 in the SAPCOR series. This LP has gone for as much as $275 on an eBay auction.
PAYMENT: I accept PayPal only. Please pay within five days of auction close. Shipping will be Media Mail, $4 flat in the continental US. Worldwide bidders MUST contact me first for a shipping quote- before bidding.
Bid with confidence. As a fellow record enthusiast, I want to offer people the best I can give them.
