The Beatles ‘Revolver’ album - considered one of most ICONIC and COLLECTIBLE Albums of the 20th Century - was released by Parlophone UK on August 5th 1966. EXTREMELY SOUGHT AFTER by Collectors around the World today, especially in this stunning well cared for condition.

Album Description/Condition:

This ORIGINAL 1966 UK Parlophone HEAVYWEIGHT **mono** Vinyl LP is on the traditional Black and Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Sold in UK…..’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.

Both record labels are in beautiful Mint Minus condition, undamaged, bright and clean record labels, with no discolouration or fading to any of the printed text, and nothing more than a couple of light centre spindle lines on each label, this is the **DR. ROBERT** record label variant, and both sides of the labels have the same style Sans Serif type face.

Side 1 matrix: XEX 605-2 and Side 2 XEX 606-2.
Side 1 stampers: 5 GAR and Side 2: 1 RMD.
BOTH sides of the superb heavyweight vinyl surfaces are in without doubt in Mint Minus condition, super clean and well cared for vinyl surfaces, just a couple of light surface hairlines, there are NO deep scratches or scuffs visible, this vinyl disc is one of the finest examples seen for a long time.

Audio Quality:

ALL tracks play with a superb and POWERFUL Mono sound quality, NO clicks, NO skips, NO background crackle, a great listening experience.

The album comes in its original white ‘Made in Great Britain’ Inner Bag, which is in undamaged Excellent condition, NO seam splits, and just light creasing.

…And is housed in it’s ORIGINAL, Front LAMINATED, FIRST ISSUE Ernest J. Day & Co. Ltd. London sleeve, which is in beautiful condition, printed ‘mono’ to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve, and with three large flip backs to the reverse.

This superb sleeve is in Near Mint condition, the Laminated front panel is CLEAN and FIRM - still retains its beautiful GLOSS SHINE, with just a hint of record storage, the reverse panel of the sleeve is in undamaged condition, showing a clean back panel, and none of the usual finger marks or fading, all three of the large flipbacks are undamaged, the spine edge is UNDAMAGED and clearly printed ‘Revolver-The Beatles’, all edges and corners are undamaged. This is a beautifully preserved first issue E.J.D. Revolver sleeve.
