GUARANTEED ORIGINAL, FIRST ISSUE, COMPLETE, AND SUPERB CONDITION THROUGHOUT, A REALLY NICE EXAMPLE.
ORIGINAL 1966 UK Parlophone FIRST ISSUE STEREO Vinyl LP for The Beatles Classic album release, ‘REVOLVER’ was first released on the 5th August 1966 and remains a firm favourite of all Beatles albums.
The Vinyl LP is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, ‘Sold in UK…’ and Made in Gt Britain label text.
Both record labels are in Excellent Plus to Near Mint condition, BRIGHT, CLEAN labels, showing just a few short light centre spider trails.
Side 1 matrix: YEX 605-1 and Side 2: YEX 606-1.
Side 1 stampers: 3 OR and Side 2: 4 HD.
There are no visible Tax Codes to either labels.
Both sides of the Vinyl disc are in beautiful Excellent Plus condition, gleaming Vinyl surfaces, with NO scratches or scuffs, all that is visible are a couple of very light non sounding surface hairlines on both sides.
The album plays with beautiful STEREO sound quality from beginning to end, NO clicks or pops and NO skips, the sound quality is very clear with only the mildest of background crackle, and light surface noise.
The record comes in an ORIGINAL ‘Made in Gt Britain’ white Inner Bag which is in undamaged condition.
And is housed in its ORIGINAL First Issue Patents Pending **stereo** Laminated Garrod and Lofthouse sleeve, printed ‘stereo’in solid black print to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve, and with three flipbacks to the reverse.
The Laminated Picture sleeve is a respectable example in Excellent Minus condition. The front panel has a deep rich glossy shine, with mild record indentation, all that is visible on the front panel is light manufacturing laminate pinches,and a small crease to the bottom left corner. All four corners show tiny bumps, there is a 1” split to the bottom edge, the spine is undamaged. The reverse panel of the sleeve is clean, showing only mild record ring wear.
