I have played this album all the way through and it plays really well. Side one plays with hardly any noticeable crackle. On side two you can just hear a little bit in 'Do you want to know a secret'. This crackle really does not affect play! There are no loud pops, skips or jumps. The vinyl has  a few minor hairlines and paper scuffs...nothing deep. (It does not look like the cat has walked over it!) 
The labels and spindles are in very good condition and carry the MT tax code. They have no added pen marks or stickers. 
The outer cover would be in excellent condition, except that the previous owner has struck sellotape on the side! Other that this the cover is almost as new! There are no added pen marks. 
Overall, a VG++ vinyl and  VG++ cover - as graded per Record Collector
