The Beatles ?– Please Please Me Label: Parlophone ?– PMC 1202 Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Mono Country: UK Released: 1963
Vinyl: Visually the vinyl has numerous needle and scuff marks. However none of these you can feel to the touch. Because of this (i.e. you couldn't feel them to the touch) the sound was really good. A very enjoyable listening experience with no jumps or skips. Just a tiny bit of background crackle only really noticeable during the gaps between tracks and occasionally during the quieter passages of music.
Labels: The labels have ink on them which is best described by looking at the close up photo's of both the labels.
Sleeve: The sleeve overall is not in too bad condition for the age of the record. Again, have a look at the photo's of the front and back cover and the spine. Main thing to note is a tear bottom left of the back cover and sellotape top left edge on back cover (I have taken a close up photo of both of these).
Original inner sleeve in very good condition. No writing, tears of major creases.
This is a 1963 press of this classic Beatles album. It's one for someone who wants to own a 1963 copy and wants to listen to it and is not too fussed on how the vinyl looks.
