The Beatles "Please Please Me/From Me To You"
with rare original Picture Sleeve on VJ 581
This is an original US single by The Beatles from 1964 on Vee Jay 581. It is a stock copy. This was the third Beatles single on Vee Jay and one and only to have a picture sleeve. It's a very rare picture sleeve and hard to find in nice condition. It is 100% original. I am the second owner and I've had it since 1975. The vinyl looks VG+ and it plays VG+. It's has the black label with color band and the oval VJ logo. The labels are very nice with no writing. The picture sleeve is VG+. It has no seam splits. It has no writing. It has no ring wear. It does have a slight impressing from holding the record. This is only noticeable at the bottom right and left.
I have been buying and selling records for more than 25 years. I sell records at all Northwest record conventions and at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.
I will package this record between two pieces of 1/2 inch thick cardboard. (It's so thick that you will save it and use it again.) It will weight 6 ounces when ready to ship. You can figure out your own postage costs for US First class or Media Mail. Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International. I will send it as soon as you pay. (same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.) I will combine postage if you win more than one record. There are no handling charges. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
Insurance is recommended on this item. The bidding starts at $1.00, but I am going to put a reserve on it. So, serious bidding will start at $100.
