This superb UK MONO pressing dates from late-1963 and is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1202

Both labels include the 'Recording First Published' text with a 'KT' purchase tax code on the side 2 label.


  Matrices: XEX 421-1N & XEX 422-1N

Stamper codes: 15/ROP & 8,17/RPD

Vinyl weight: 142g


Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.

Complete with its original rice-paper lined 'Use Emitex...' inner-sleeve.

Visual: NEAR MINT

This well looked-after, barely played disc retains pristine deep-gloss playing surfaces and appears 'as new' both in strong daylight AND directly beneath halogen light.

Audio: EXCELLENT +

Clearly barely played, all tracks play without any significant or major audible faults. Apart from a touch of low-level vinyl background between tracks and on some of the quieter passages, there is little to fault overall.

Cover: EXCELLENT +

A very fine example which retains a richly coloured high-gloss front panel free from any 'thumbnail or spine wrinkles. There is a hint of wear to the tip of the left corners but nothing more else to fault from this angle. Both opening edges are straight & undamaged. The exposed rear panel is clean & totally unblemished with just a touch of discolouration to the exposed edge of the lower flipback. The spine and seams are in perfect condition. 

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +

Clean & crisp with no writing, tears or seam splits.
