The Beatles – Please Please Me Stereo B&Y 1969 UK LP PCS 3045
Item: The Beatles – Please Please Me Stereo UK LP with Black & Yellow labels similar to the first pressing. This was pressed in limited numbers towards late 1969 the last issue on Black & Yellow Labels for a couple of months just before the later one box issues and is now very collectible.

Sleeve: Garrod & Lofthouse laminated sleeve with small a Stereo logo to front top right corner.
Inner Sleeve: EMI Outstanding artists with Patents Applied For credit.
Labels: Black & Yellow Parlophone labels no sold in the UK credit and no tax codes.
Detailed Descriptions
The Sleeve: VG+ There are two creases to the front of the sleeve from the side opening. The spine is still intact and clearly readable. The rear is white and clean but does have a very small water ripple top corner which isn’t too noticeable. These are only minor faults and overall this is a very respectable sleeve not worn or hammered condition not too far of excellent condition.
Inner Sleeve: VG Has some small stain spots there are no rips tears or seam splits.
The Labels: EX+ Has some spindle marks both sides in great condition.
Record Visually Graded: VG+ Has some light marks in strong light no scratches nothing that can be felt. Most likely not played often and still in nice shape. Looks EX in normal light with a lovely shine.
Record Playback: NM Plays beautifully i dont think has been played much sound is strong a great listen and plays quiet.
Please note that the record has been professionally cleaned on a record cleaning machine with a non alcohol cleaning solution
I use the following grading system:
M=Mint: The record/sleeve is brand new condition. Just like when first pressed and the record will have no deterioration in sound quality. All items including lyric sheet poster etc are in perfect condition.
NM=Near Mint: The record or sleeve may just marginally be off new condition and have the odd minor flaw.
EX=Excellent: The record shows signs of being played, but there is hardly any lessening in sound quality. The cover might show signs of wear.
VG=Very Good: The record has been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Despite the odd occasional surface marks and the odd light scratch. The cover will shows signs of usage without any major defects.
G= Good: The record has been played numerous times and the sound quality has deteriorated and plays with distortion. The cover will have seam splits, scuffing of edges, discolouration and creases/ing.
F=Fair: The record has not been cared for properly and has loud surface noise but is still just playable. The sleeve will be torn, stained/defaced.
P=Poor: The record will not play properly due scratches and will have bad surface noise. The cover will be damaged and even have parts missing.
B=Bad: The record is unplayable possibly broken, which would only be considered as a collection filler.
I use a plus and minus signs +/- to show if marginally better or worse condition.
Postage: UK/Europe = £8.15 Rest Of The World = £8.75
The item will be sent recorded delivery i usually dispatch within 3 working days (post offices are closed at weekends in Cyprus). I never send out any parcel I wouldn't be happy to receive myself! All records are removed from their sleeves and placed in a new plastic sealable sleeve for posting! I use cruciform mailers which are very strong.
