Incredible condition Please Please Me 1963 South African issue.
These LPs had very thin paper/card sleeves that were easily damaged and easily stained with dirt with moisture.  This one is in superb clean white condition.  Very rare in this condition.  Vinyl has micro fine surface scratches which can be seen in strong natural light.
