I don't know how to identify whether this is a first edition or anything, I believe it is. At least an early print.

I have shown as much info and identifiers as I could see, any questions though, please do ask!

Condition wise the sleeve is wrong and has some creases and marks which I've tried to show in pictures.

The vinyl has some surface scratches as expected but the record plays and is overall in great condition. Please not though, I am not listing this as near mint or mint!
This is in playable, nice condition but if you're a collector of absolutely pristine records, keep looking!

I've tried to get shots of the vinyl where it's condition is visible, the pics are of the worst bits, as you'll see, not bad at all.
