Description
Overseas buyers please note I use the Ebay GSP to post items. I do not invoice you or have control of the overseas shipping costs.
I have many more nice Beatles records being auctioned tonight. Please see my other listings.
I will say again Overseas buyers Ebay will set the postal prices at the end and NOT me. I can not send you an invoice.
UK buyers I can combined shipping, please wait for me to invoice you.
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Fair / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.
THE BEATLES.
PLEASE PLEASE ME.
UK PARLOPHONE MONO LP PMC 1202.
The E J day cover on this pressing has the Mono printed to the left and not like a standard issue. I've pictured a standard cover next to this. A slight variation that someone may find interesting!
This is a fifth pressing from 1963. The record has no sold in the UK text but has Recording first published and Parlophone rims.
The Cover / VG+ condition. A nice example of this cover with glossy lamination. The flipback edges are still nice. One corner has a crease. The track listing has one tiny tick mark but hard to spot. For an E J day cover this is above average.
The Record / VG- condition. The record has light scuff marks but still has a reasonable gloss. The disc plays okay with a little surface crackle. As this is graded VG- it is not a perfect example but it is also not trashed. The record has no deep or very nasty marks.
Matrix Numbers: XEX 421-1N, XEX 422-1N
Labels / VG+ condition. Both labels are clean with no tears or writing. They do have a fair amount of spindle marks.
The Inner / VG+ condition. Correct EMETEX inner cover.
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
Thanks for looking.
