The Beatles Please Please Me Gold Mono 1G 1st Dick James Version.
1G/1R - 1G denotes first off the press - first day release and was found in Liverpool. Very sort after.
Sounds fantastic with no distortion or wear to the grooves. Crystal Clear I played and recorded it last night and the only thing of note was a few light ticks on Love Me Do just before the singing starts. Visually there are a few scuff marks and very light scratches but are superficial. Graded Ex-/Ex- Label is beautiful with bright Gold with no rubbing at all and no spindle marks that I can see. MT Tax Code on side 2. Comes with EMITEX inner sleeve in Ex also. Sleeve very nice presentable copy in Ex with no tears or folds to the flaps for a change!
