The Beatles Please Please Me 3rd Press with EXTRA 33 1/3
The Beatles Please Please Me 3rd Pressing with the extra little 33 1/3 near the centre hole.
3rd Press, or 1st Yellow & Black Parlophone Label.
These elusive labels are even rarer than the "Northern Songs" Golds, and for many years went unnoticed till very recently. The Stereo is a lot scarcer than the mono here, but these are still very thin on the ground and you'll see 20 Gold Mono's before 1 of these pop up.
This one is an album filler due to the sticker one side 1. This can probably be removed but I'll leave that to the eventual buyer.
Vinyl is very playable with just a few light scrtaches and a few needle marks here and there with no sticks or jumps. Graded at Vg-/VG
Priced at a conservative £500 last year and at No.13 in the 200 all time rare records (Rare Record Price Guide/Mag).
