The Beatles - Please Please Me.
Original UK LP Issued in 1963 by Parlophone Records (PCS 3042). Stereo.
First Pressing with Black & Gold Labels.
Side 1
Matrix Number = YEX 94-1
Stamper Code = G
Side 2
Matrix Number = YEX 95-1
Stamper Code = R
Sleeve printed by Ernest J Day & Co Ltd.
Cover is in VG++ Condition (has some minor damage to the bottom flipback, see pic).
Vinyl is only in Good Condition (both sides have light marks but there is a nasty looking/feelable 2" mark on Side 1, also the disc look like it has been proffesionally cleaned, however, it plays through fine and sounds great with only nominal background noise. Both labels have wear, see pics but at some stage the label on Side 2 has sustained 4 areas of paper loss which the previous owner tried to repair by sticking on some replacment pieces from another LP !!!!, See Pics).
