Description

This is the very first UK issue, available for just a few weeks and identifiable by black labels with gold print. Later pressings from mid-1963 onwards had black labels with yellow print and a revised label design. 

"Dick James Mus. Co." publishing credit on tracks A1, A2, B4 & B6. Subsequent issues credit Northern Songs instead. The "Photo: Angus McBean" credit on front cover was printed at the extreme bottom-right corner, starting where the 's' of "songs" end (see images). On later sleeves, this credit is printed approximately 1cm further to the left, aligned with the 'g' in "songs".

Condition 
Sleeve (G+): Original 1st press laminated sleeve with signs of age related wear. This includes edge and corner corner rubbing, discolouration to rear panel and minor damage to the flipbacks. There is also a seam split on the top right hand side near the opening edge approx a few inches. A name has been written on the rear panel. 
Record (VG): The record is still in good condition with quite a few, mostly non feelable scuffs and light marks to both sides. Overall the record plays well however the is a skip to ‘I Saw Her Standing There’ about 30 seconds in which lasts for a few seconds. Labels are generally in very good condition, free of any written names or stickers. There is some minor wear around spindle hole. 
Inner (VG+): The original Emitex inner sleeve is in very clean condition with no seam splits or tears.
