The Beatles: Parlophone EP 8891 - All My Loving - NM+ condition!!
One of many EPs used for label ID work in Bruce Spizer's 2011 Beatles For Sale On Parlophone Records (ISBN-13: 978-0-9832957-0-9). Page 366 & 367. My acknowledgement can be found on forward page iv.
The Beatles - Parlophone EP GEP-8891. MR1A(i) (Spizer ID). This is the first label variant of 7 labels in the first batch of labels for non-S.I.U.K. (Sold In the UK) - First Pressing.
A superb quality collectible with a center knock out embossing of MPKT, and KT Tax codes. Side 1 Mother = 3 over G, Stamps: HM (74), Side 2 Mother = 2, Stamps PO (65). These are moderately low stamper numbers and equally low mother numbers, which means it is from early in the production run.
Stamps are derived from Gramophone LTD codes G=1, R=2, A=3, M=4, O=5, P=6, H=7, L=8, T=9, D=0.
The record disc is exceptionally clean, as are both side labels, with undisturbed center 45 hole knockout. Quality grading is NM to M-. Sound quality is exceptional! Record jacket is MC-1A Garrod (first version) without the Robert Freeman (photographer) credit in Near Perfect condition!
