Hello and welcome to one of my listings. Primarily I am a collector however from time to time I like to offer items from my collection. I grade very strictly, using the UK Record Grading system- both play grading and visual grading are used, Visual grading is based on inspection under both normal and extreme bright light, as you will see from my feedback I do normally get this right! Title: Please Please Me
Description: Very rare UK 1963 Fourth pressing on the Parlophone label, this album during this time was pressed in considerably greater quantities in mono, thus these days finding even a half decent copy is becoming incredibly difficult. This edition present with its attractive larger stereo font sleeve has been kept well, present too is its original Emitex advertsing inner all in fine solid condition.

Condition;
Disc: Very Good/ Excellent : Side Two is very clean and unworn with just a few hairlines side one although clean does have some bag sweat caused by long term storage, which does result in some light background in quiet areas and imbetween tracks. The music itself however is crisp and unworn.
Sleeve: Very Good: A solid example of this 1963 manufactured flipback EJ day sleeve, nice and flat and has retained its shape well, some wear however to the bottom flipback along with some general handling wear (see photos) .
Labels: Excellent: Two nice labels only spindle trails to both sides however no wear or stickers!
Inner: Excellent
I aim to provide the most honest and accurate grading to ALL of my records. All records are graded to the highest and most strict standards in accordance with the guide set by the UK Record Collectors Guide. Close examination under a bright desk top lamp is used in the grading of vinyl playing surface as well as normal daylight.
Record Gradings
Mint (M)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be mint.
Excellent (EX)
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good (VG)
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable
Good (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc
Fair (F)
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor (P)
The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing
Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
