Description
This is the 1964 promo 7" that was sent out to radio stations to promote the "Meet the Beatles" album. This record has been well loved in the past and is a little rough. Please read the condition description carefully.
The record plays through completely on both sides without skipping on my U-Turn Orbit. However, this is a pretty rough record. Side 1 has some severe groove wear in spots with the most noticeable spot in the middle of the interview for several rotations where the voices become inaudible for a few seconds due to the groove wear. I would grade Side 1 as "F"
Side 2 fares a bit better. Plays nicely but a lot of crackle and pops. There is one pretty deep scratch across all the tracks (see photos) that is audible at times. I would grade side 2 as "G/G+"
The labels on the record are in good condition with just a bit of wear along the rainbow-colored rim. Side 1 has a small "27" sticker near the spindle hole.
This does not have the original picture sleeve (it will be shipped with a generic plain white sleeve)
