Beatles history! The first Beatles release in England. My Bonnie released 9 months before Love Me Do.


The Beatles: My Bonnie/ The Saints, Polydor single released January 1962. First release with "The Beatles" on the label: Tony Sheridan & The Beatles. Tony Sheridan on vokal, The Beatles backing band. This is the first release with thick or wide bold text on label. The & on label is different from the later issue from 1963. 


The Beatles: Cry For A Shadow/ Why, Polydor single released Februay 1964. Side A is credited to The Beatles alone, since it's an instrumental from Harrison/ Lennon (!) Tony Sheridan on vokal side B.

All songs recorded in Germany 1961. 


My Bonnie in VG+ condition. Quite shiny with some surface noice, a few minor marks. Plays great! Label side A has a name written twice (wol) Original company sleeve from England with shop stamp and a number written, VG-
